Who we are

Sole Grader LLC ("Sole Grader", "we", "us") is a used-footwear grading and wholesale export business based in Houston, Texas, United States. This policy explains what information solegrader.com collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Information you give us

When you submit the quote request form we collect the information you enter: your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, preferred language, buyer type, destination region, the product categories you are interested in, purchase type, destination country, destination port, and your message.

Providing this information is voluntary. If you would rather not use the form, you can contact us directly by email or WhatsApp instead.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the form we also record technical information about the visit: the date and time of submission, the language version of the site you used, the page the form was submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website, your browser user-agent string, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term).

We record this so we know which markets and which advertising channels our buyers come from. It is attached to your inquiry and is not used to build a profile of you across other websites.

Your IP address is not stored with inquiries unless IP capture is explicitly enabled by us for fraud and spam investigation. Where it is enabled, it is stored with the same inquiry record and deleted on the same schedule.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies. One remembers your language choice. One holds campaign parameters and the page you landed on, so that this information is still available if you browse several pages before submitting the form. One signed cookie keeps an administrator signed in to the private admin area.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies on this site at the time of writing. If advertising pixels are added later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange packing and shipping, and keep a record of our commercial correspondence with you. We may contact you by email or WhatsApp about the inquiry you submitted and about products in the categories you asked about.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored on our web hosting provider's servers and is accessible to Sole Grader LLC personnel who handle sales and export operations. Inquiry notifications are delivered through our email provider.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission so that we can follow up on quotations and repeat orders. Inquiries marked as spam are deleted as soon as they are identified. Where a commercial relationship results, records are kept for as long as required by applicable business and tax record-keeping rules.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@solegrader.com with your reference number, or with the email address or WhatsApp number you used, and we will action the request.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will close the record.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry records are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, and the admin area is protected by a password and a signed session cookie. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the size of this business.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new revision date.
